I decided yesterday during Easter that I need to finally commit myself to a healthier lifestyle. A commitment to eating and sleeping better and exercising more frequently. As well as cut back on my alcohol in take. I don't drink a lot, but I do enjoy 2-3 drinks 4-5 times a week. The amount I drink it's bad, but my ultimate goal is to lose weight, so it's more to try to trim down. I'm also going on a vacation to Brazil in June, so my goal is to have a beach body too.
I'd also like to secure have a longer life for my kids.
