Day 31- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

Well, it's officially been 31 days since I started this product.  Today I weighed in around 200 pounds.   I basically have lost about 2 pounds over the 30 days.  However, I do feel less hungry than normal.  For the most part I good the supplements 1 time per day, however, they said I could have taken it 2 times a days.   I tried every other day, taking the supplement at night, and wasn't as consistent as I would have liked to be.  In a way, I do feel trimmer, but my weight doesn't show it.   I've done way less snacking over the last week or so, so we'll see. 

So a little disappointed that I haven't lost a significant amount of weight.... even 5-10 pounds.  I know I have areas were I can clean up, like maybe better portion control for dinners, or exercise more, but for being at least consistent in my eating habits over the 30 days, I didn't see that this gave me an 'edge.'  I have another '1-2 months' worth of tablets, which is about 60 per container, and also the left overs from my 1st supply.  So I'll continue with these supplies and see if I notice anything over this period.

Day 24- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

Today is my 24th day on this product.  I do think it's starting to work. I weighed in a 198.3.  It seems like it's been helping me flush out my system a little more often then when I wasn't taking it.  So I can see how that helps.  I'm getting better with my eating habits, however, I still do eat candy.  Obviously, if I were to cut out some of the candy, pop, beer type of snacks, I might see better results.  I know this product isn't going to 'fix me' but it has helped suppress my appetite more.

This week I was only able to work out 1 time, so I couldn't get into that as much.  Looking to try to kick it in high gear this next week.

Day 17- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

Today is day 17 of this Bioslim experiment.  I forgot to weigh myself today, but will try to update this post soon.

I'm at the 2 week point in this trial where the reps said is when I'll start to notice a difference and shed some weight.   So far I have noticed this week a decrease in appetite overall as well as in cravings for sweets.  So that is positive.  I haven't noticed any side effects yet. Their rep said to take it before you eat because some people have claimed to it upsets empty stomachs, but I haven't noticed it yet.  I take it early in the morning and then late at night and seem fine with any effects it has.

So at this point, I've noticed a decrease in appetite for good and sugar cravings.  So that alone should help me lose some weight. Yesterday I worked out for the first time in about a week, so getting back on track with a gym routine should help too.
