Day 17- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

Today is day 17 of this Bioslim experiment.  I forgot to weigh myself today, but will try to update this post soon.

I'm at the 2 week point in this trial where the reps said is when I'll start to notice a difference and shed some weight.   So far I have noticed this week a decrease in appetite overall as well as in cravings for sweets.  So that is positive.  I haven't noticed any side effects yet. Their rep said to take it before you eat because some people have claimed to it upsets empty stomachs, but I haven't noticed it yet.  I take it early in the morning and then late at night and seem fine with any effects it has.

So at this point, I've noticed a decrease in appetite for good and sugar cravings.  So that alone should help me lose some weight. Yesterday I worked out for the first time in about a week, so getting back on track with a gym routine should help too.

Until next week.

Day 10- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

It's Friday March 25.  They say I'll start noticing a difference with using the product.  I've been taking 1 capsule 1 day a week and a 2nd capsule ever other evening.  I haven't noticed any major weight loss besides maybe 1 or 2 pounds. This week I haven't been able to work out more than once.  I have notice though that I'm going to the bathroom more, so maybe this stuff is pushing everything out of me to clean out my system.  I feel like I went to the bathroom about 7-8 times over 2 days.  Snack cravings have started to decrease in the last 1-2 days, so maybe this stuff is starting to work.  I'll start weighing my self for the next post.  As for now, my weight isn't too consistently changing.

Day 3- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

I just started this trial of Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin a few days ago.  Hard to tell any difference yet.  I'm still craving sweets and have been pretty hungry, however today it's been a little bit less than normal. Not a big difference though.  I could probably control m sweet intake still, but the cravings are there.  The customer service rep and stuff I've read said it might day 2 weeks to start noticing a difference.

Not a lot to report now, so we will talk next Friday.

Day 1- Bioslim Garcinia and Forskolin

Today I decided to start taking the Bioslim Garcinia and Bioslim Forskolin Capsules.  I've read a few articles about it and was able to get a FREE 30 day sample of it.  I spoke with the customer service rep about it to learn more. There doesn't appear to be any side effects as they are suppose to be natural side effects.

I've been trying to exercise more, trim down and lose weight.  I've been actively exercising 3-4 days a week in Lifetime Classes which have been great.  I'm working on life style changes like trying to go to bed by 11 PM and eliminate looking at my phone in bed, among other things.  Because I'm making these lifestyle changes I find myself hungrier so I'm eating more, which I don't believe is helping me lose weight.  I've also cut out drinking 5  hour energies (almost daily) as of the start of the new years, so I'm finding that I'm eating more candy to get that sugary kick.  I've only had about 5 or 6- 5 hour energy drinks since Jan 1, so I'd say that is pretty good.  I'm not happy that I'm eating a lot of candy and I'm hoping these Bioslim products will help me suppress my sugar cravings.

I'm going to do a weekly journal entry every Friday to track my progress.  I need to take a photo of myself to post as well.  Today I weighed in at 202 pounds.  I'd like to finish around 185-190 but still be healthy. I haven't been that weight since college, so I'm not sure if that is feasible.

I have a weightloss challenge with my friend Brian too.  It would be nice to lose a bunch of weight, but I'm hoping to slim down more, body fat wise, more than anything.

Bioslim recommends to take 1 capsule each 2 times a day.  The Customer Service rep said I could get by with just 1 capsule per day to make it last 60 days.  So I'll do a happy medium.  I'll take at least 1 per day, and then take a 2nd capsule every other day.

Wish me luck.

YL 5 Day Cleanse- After Day 1

Well day 1 of the Young Living 5 Day Cleanse went better than expected.  I started it on Memorial Day in hopes that I can control and adapt to this while at home.  I was hoping I could stay busy enough where I could keep my mind off of it.

Preparations for this wasn't too hard.  Over the weekend I bought all the food I needed.  Looks like I'll be living off of fruit, raw veggies, Tea and Water.

Making the shake wasn't too hard.  I used the Magic bullet to mix it all.  The vanilla flavor was alright, but I soon tried adding fruit to it for my dinner shake.

The first meal was at breakfast. That wasn't too hard to take in.  I don't normally eat breakfast, so it was just something that filled me up earlier in the day.

Lunch was isn't too bad either, but naturally I would have liked to eat something extra.  I had to run to the grocery store and it was a challenge to see all the snacks and food there and control my urges to buy something.  The one tough part was that my post lunch snack was raw broccoli and tea.  The broccoli I didn't mind although it was a little raw and I tried to have some fruit flavored Tea and I wasn't able to drink more than a few sips.

Dinner wasn't too bad either. I had 4 straight hours of lessons and I was just naturally tired from that.  I came home and had my liquid meal and my 1 cup of blue berries.

This morning I was pretty exhausted.  Feeling of no energy to get out of bed and get up.  The Day 2 review said that energy will be restored a little more.

1 day down, 4 to go.

5 Day Cleanse

Tomorrow I will be starting the Young Living 5 Day Cleanse.  For a while I've been pretty excited about this. But today, I've started to have some hesitations.  Thinking about not being able to eat certain foods entered my mind.  Wondering if I'd have enough self control to keep up with it.  Also on Wednesday we are suppose to have a company wide BBQ, and I was starting to use this as a reason to not start this.  But Monday through Friday is the only stretch of the next few weeks where it is the easiest to manage.  This 5 Day Cleanse is suppose to help me retrain myself and curb my appetite as well as try to lose weight.

I wish myself luck and hopefully I have the will power to stick this out.

A Fresh Start

I decided yesterday during Easter that I need to finally commit myself to a healthier lifestyle.  A commitment to eating and sleeping better and exercising more frequently.  As well as cut back on my alcohol in take.  I don't drink a lot, but I do enjoy 2-3 drinks 4-5 times a week.  The amount I drink it's bad, but my ultimate goal is to lose weight, so it's more to try to trim down.  I'm also going on a vacation to Brazil in June, so my goal is to have a beach body too.

I'd also like to secure have a longer life for my kids.
