I've sort of let myself go a little bit the last few days. I haven't worked out since Monday. I've had a few drinks 3 times this week. I am still getting good sleep which I'm happy about.
The adjustment is mainly to having 2 kids and the late night feedings and Olivia trying to crawl into bed with us.
I think I'm eating well. I don't know what the 'calorie count' would be. But I'm still snacking on candy, which I need to stop.
Hopefully I can get to the gym these next few days.
