I'm getting back on the horse. I let myself go a little bit this last weekend. Didn't eat the best, McDonalds a few times, and had a few drinks each day. It did feel weird not working out for a few days.
Yesterday I played Basketball for an hour. It felt good to get some physical activity again. I did use a 5 hour energy last night. Only because I wanted to stay focused and busy so I could get some kicking business stuff done.
Otherwise I haven't felt the need for a 5 hour energy at all. I think I should try to make drastic cuts to sweets over the final 11 days and see if I notice any differences. I feel fat right now.
